Terms and Conditions
Returns/ refunds are normally only accepted if the product has been damaged during shipping.
If you've simply changed your mind we can accept a return on two conditions:
- The product is in resealable condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- The buyer covers the shipping charges to return the goods to us. Sent as "signature required"
Returns can be made with an option for a refund within 7 days or an exchange within the 14 days.
2. Payment options
All of our payments are processed by Paypal, and are subject to Paypal’s Terms and Conditions, and are secured through Paypal’s payment protection services. No payment info is held by Papimax.
3. Cancellation by us
We hold the right to cancel your order if:
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
- We cannot obtain payment
- A product, price, or offer description fault has been identified
- We do not deliver to your area
If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card or from a Paypal account, as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.
4. Damaged or Faulty goods
If you receive a damaged parcel please do not accept it, as it has clearly been damaged in transit- please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible.
You can track your order, through the tracking number that you have received in your email. Your email should read 'Your order #........ has been dispatched.
If there's any problem with the tracking, please get in touch with us- we will happily look that up for you.
For Non EU orders
For buyers outside the EU, please check your import tax and duty before you place order. As a seller, we are not responsible for import tax and duty for any of our product outside the EU.
